I realize lawyers have hectic schedules and may not always be available to answer calls, which is why they have receptionists and assistants. However, despite my repeated attempts to reach someone over the past few weeks, my calls have consistently gone to voicemail. I did manage to speak with Danielle once, who promised to call me back after consulting with one of the lawyers to schedule my appointment. Unfortunately, it's been two weeks since then, and I'm still waiting for her return call.

Brian did an excellent job with my case, he advocated for me and took time to hear me/my situation. I appreciated his professionalism and his mindfulness of utilizing his time to be cost efficient for me. Danielle was incredible with her good followup, explaining next steps, and responding quickly.
