I had several issues with my first divorce lawyer, so I went to Brian for a second opinion. I ended up hiring him to take over my case. It was the right decision. It's not an easy life event, but Brian always had my back and we ended up with a fair resolution. Put a +1 in the win column for all the men out there.

Overcharged for a mediocre job in my child custody case. Will not fight for you at all. Had to tell him what to say when we had a hearing in front of judge. Charged me for overnight postage when HE was the one who was late turning it in and didn’t bother to ask or inform me. Communicated with the receptionist more than I did him; it seemed like she was the one doing his job but def charging me like he was and was supposed to. Billing invoices were inaccurate and would make up extra charges and times. Horrible experience. Do not go to Dan Hess for a child custody case!!

Dan did a great job representing me in a divorce that I unfortunately went through. He was quick to respond to my questions. He was able to get everything I asked him for in my divorce settlement. I also had my ex fight me for more custody of our kids, but I asked for 3 nights a week and he was able to represent me well in front of the judge, and I received what I hoped for with the custody of my kids. Thanks Dan for your services!

Most sincerely needed someone looking out for my interests going through a divorce with my lawyer-spouse. Being I was still quite trusting of her ( I know I know...) I didn't realize how much I needed representation until sitting down with Brian; there were questions I simply couldn't answer. Ultimately, I got much closer to some semblance of fair treatment after finally seeking help. My experience was achieving a fair outcome without a bare-knuckle drag out fight thanks to Brian and his team. I can't recommend highly enough!
