I was facing a high BAC OWI in Ottawa county and failure to provide insurance after an accident. I have had an MIP for alcohol 10 years ago so this would be my second "alcohol related" charge. I followed all of Brandon's instructions and was able to plea to just a regular OWI charge sentencing was to include 12mo probation and alcohol counseling. The judge admitted that he was going to give me jail time, but all of the hard leg work that Brandon suggested really paid off! He is very professional, always returned my calls, gave me peace of mind, and ALWAYS showed up to all court appointments (a fear of mine to be stranded w/out my representation). This guy really knows his stuff, he be in your corner, and he will work his tail off for you.

Mr. Brandon Gardner did an outstanding job representing me in the court of law. Before going into court he told me to add anything he may forget to tell the judge but that was not necessary.
