I hate to start off my review with such a cliché phrase. However, it must be done, and I truly cannot even begin to express the amount of gratitude and appreciation I hold for all of the help and support I had received from both Heath and his firm during this tumultuous time. The generous faces that represent this firm are all incredibly caring and professional individuals who are not doing their job primarily for the money. I urge you to take that initial step to contact this firm, because upon the first few conversations you have with them, you will begin to realize that they are people who genuinely care about any legal plight you are currently undergoing. I made a terrible mistake that had me facing felony charges that eventually dropped to misdemeanors before the pre-trial conference, and at this point, all I was hoping for was no jail time. Unfortunately, my court date had to be rescheduled 2 times due to scheduling conflicts and the death of my mother, and I can honestly say that Chasity, the firm's legal assistant, was very prompt at notifying me and handling these issues with the utmost care. And I bring this up to demonstrate that during this incredibly rough time, both Heath and Chasity took the time to send me words of comfort to make sure I was doing okay while also contacting the court to reschedule. During all of this, Heath was very supportive and responsive in making sure I understood the whole process and what everything entailed. He reassured me that he would make sure to fight for no jail time. In a nutshell, my case had incredibly positive results that resolved with one charge dismissed, some fines, and one year of probation where upon successful completion, the second charged dismissed as well. If you need legal help, please contact them because they will take their time to understand your situation and fight for you. Without Heath, there is no way my case would have resulted in the outcome that it did, and I am eternally grateful. Thank you!

Appreciation and thanks are an understatement for the work that Attorney Heath Lynch did on my behalf. I was faced with a felony charge that was unequivocally false in its basis, and Atty Lynch went to work immediately in proving the prosecuting party submitted their charge without merit. Not only did the charges fall flat and get finished in federal court, I was able to continue living my life without fear of retaliation from the persons who falsely charged me. Heath is an amazing attorney. I was facing 2 charges and I have a colorful past. I was facing charges in a jurisdiction that usually gives max penalties. Heath and his team got the biggest charge completely dropped and i was ok with paying a very small fine(which was my idea). He was fully prepared to go to trial but he was able to get them dropped prior to trial. I fully recommend Heath Lynch. He knows his work and has been available by cell whenever I had a question. Most attorneys get your money and disappear. It felt great and reassured to have an attorney and lawfirm to fully commit and care about their client. I wish i could give more than 5 stars. Edit: I forgot to add i was facing 3 bond violations after my charges (don't recommend to do so) but I was represented by Heath and went home with a warning.

I had Heath help me out with a charge that needed an attorney. He was instrumental by speaking to the prosecutor after he had me get some of the information needed to come to a conclusion. Unfortunately for me, the prosecutor wasn't budging from her decision to go to trial. Although Heath had tried in several meetings to try and have some kind of resolution to this case. He is a fantastic attorney that really tries to help you any legal way possible. I recommend Heath and his firm to help you.
