Short review: 5 out of 5 ⭐️: Outcome of Case/Sentencing 2.5 of 5 ⭐️: Ease of communication with attorney 4 of 5⭐️: lawyers Comprehension/understanding of case 5 of 5 ⭐️: Office Staff helpfulness (Tammy) Detailed Review: (brutally honest) If you’re reading this review is probably too late to tell you not to sell drugs to an undercover officer but it’s not too late to make the right decision and hire Gary and his law firm to take on your case. I was arrested during Electric Forest 2019 for a drug offense that involved UC and a sting operation. Being from Out of state I was very concerned about the outcome of this case would be considering this wasn’t the first time I had been in trouble for similar offenses. (This Law firm was the second firm we talked to regarding our arrest.) When I reached out to this firm via Their website, Gary Springstead quickly reached out to me and only after minutes of our phone conversation I already had a good feeling about him. Gary invited us to come to meet in person at his office (even on a Saturday) and he made My friend (Co-defendant) and I feel confident and comfortable with him handling the case while we returned to California, not to mention that he only charged me 1/3 what the other firms had quoted us for representation. I started to get frustrated when trying to contact Gary to set up a time to go over important documents like police reports and PSI (Pre sentencing interview) reports to personal documents I had collected to support the case and for some reason always ended up being able to get through 1 business day before next court date. His assistant, Tammy, is very professional and friendly and does an amazing job communicating to make sure you have all the information and documents needed in a timely manner. At times it seemed My lawyer had not even looked at anything sent to him until day of court. Going into court, I knew The judge wanted a strict 30 days jail time since I have multiple priors and that was the cap on my plea deal. My lawyer couldn’t talk him down at all, and even day of I was told by Gary I was lucky and getting off easy with a plea deal of 30 days max when considering the Michigan state sentencing point system, I realistically could have been sentenced to 11-23 months with a 7 year maximum sentence. In the hour before my sentencing is when Gary finally took a look at all the pages of Documents. That was the winning combination, ALL my documents suporting my case and my lawyers good standing relationships with state officials. Gary was able to show the court that I’ve changed for the best since I voluntarily went to inpatient rehab, attended NA/AA since my arrest (7 months worth) and have current medical issues like a surgery coming up that has a lengthy recovery. Gary discussed this with the prosecutor and the judge and my case was resolved with only a large fine paid to the pure state of Michigan, NO JAIL, NO PROBATION! When it comes down to your options for Lawyers in this area, especially for Electric forest cases, Gary is your best bang for your buck. He knows all the officials and is highly respected in Oceana county court.

i had an assault case pending and part of my bond was to get an alcohol tether or remote breath test set up. i could not get any help from the probation department or the person i was suppose to contact originally. after talking with a few different attorneys i spoke to heath told him the details of my case and what i was looking for. he told me what he thought he could do and past cases he had similar to mine. Heath was at the probation office within an hour of me hiring him and my appointment to get the remote breath test set up was set for 2 hours later. he also reached out to the alleged victim who had just moved into my house and worked out a way for him to go stay somewhere else while the case went on since we had a no contact order, if he didnt do this i wouldnt have been able to stay at my own home. The alleged victim also didnt want to press charges and regretted calling the police in the first place. i was fully prepared to go to trial and felt confident with heath on my side doing so. However at the pretrial conference he laid out the facts of the case and talked the prosecutor into dropping all charges. I could not have been more pleased with my decision to hire heath. if your looking for someone to go to bat for you right away...Heath

Deciding to have Heath Lynch represent me was the best decision I could have ever made. He blew away my expectations and got my case outright dismissed! I knew from our first conversation that this guy wasn't messing around and knew how to get things done. He's highly intelligent, confident, and knows how to get results. If you have any doubts read on.... Micheal Bartish and his team are awesome! I use them to get an early release from federal probation. It was amazing the dedication they had to get the job done correctly. I had an unbelievably great job offer. It was contingent on my release from probation. Every other law firm told me that it wasn’t going to happen. I was told it would take way past the deadline for me to accept the job offer. Mike filed the paperwork and it was denied due to misinformation.. It knocked the wind out of me but that’s when I experienced first hand what this law firm was all about. We were referred to Heath Lynch and his firm through a mutual friend. We had a situation that involved an environmental issue with a municipality that resulted in possible felony charges. We contacted Heath and were able to meet with him that same day. I have never been in any sort of trouble before with no charges or criminal record of any kind. After explaining everything to him, he very quickly jumped in and handled everything for us. It was a very stressful event for us knowing there was a possibility that I could end up going to prison for 2 years for something that happened that was unintentional and non-hazardous or dangerous. I really felt at home with Heath and this firm and would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. Heath is highly intelligent and fought hard for me and in the end got my felony reduced down to a misdemeanor with no jail time or probation, just a fine. I couldn't be more happier with the result! Successful First DUI charge dismissed! I hired Heath Lynch after consulting with 4 other attorneys about my first DUI charge. His expectations during our initial consultation proved true through out the duration of my case. He made no promises, but clearly stated the order of events that my case would take. We held 3-4 follow up meetings (he was graciously flexible when I was unable to meet in-person, we also opted for phone conferences). He was willing to listen to any questions or suggestions I had about my case, and stood by his approaches with clear understanding of the law and the probable behaviors of the prosecuting attorney, but also suggested alternative notions and re-appeals, based on the unique variables of my case. Was looking at a possible 6yrs in prison for a felony assault with a firearm and got it dismissed definately would recommend going to this law firm with any issue also got me removed from cps central registry life wasnt looking up until i found heath and his team worth every penny spent

Do not just look at this practice when looking for representation. Unfortunately I had to find another lawyer after my first case and spent $1,000 less and got the same outcome. they are very pleasant people but remember this is a business and they're just trying to make some money off of your mistake.
