Choosing Mr. Springstead as my attorney was one of the best decisions I could have made, when I was faced with criminal allegations. Gary came highly recommended by many friends who work in the legal system and law enforcement and I now see why. He fought extremely hard for me, and took the time explain every aspect of the process. In the end he was able to bring the truth to light. I’m not sure exactly where I would be right now if I had not hired Gary to represent me. His professionalism, legal knowledge and ability to litigate a case is of the highest standard. Enough can not be said as well, for his staff. Tammy was wonderful. Prompt, caring and goes above and beyond. In July of 2020 my husband unfortunately faced some serious charges and our lives were completely turned upside down. I highly recommend this firm! The attorney that handled our matter was Heath Lynch. When I first called the firm to get a consultation, I was connected with an attorney who specialized in the exact area of law that we needed. I was able to speak to Heath right away and it was clear that he knew what he was doing. And guess what? He did. All of the charges were dismissed! I rarely write reviews. A service has to either be pretty bad, or done extremely well. I was so thankful that this service was top notch. Unfortunately my father had a once in a lifetime bad night, with bad choices, and a family that has never seen the likes of barely a traffic stop was now facing a possible felony with misdemeanors and jail/prison time. To say we were scared and nervous would be an understatement. After crawling the internet for criminal law lawyers in the area, we went and scheduled appointments with 3 different highly ranked lawyers, Heath Lynch being one of the 3. With some visits with the other lawyers, we chose to go with Heath. He had the skill of really putting in-depth situations and choices into laymen terms, and just simply put us at ease. This guy knows his stuff, and it’s clearly evident. He always made us calm and it was laid out at the very beginning that he was a text or phone call away if we had another question or concern. If you are reading this- that is huge, and we tested it. He passes that test with flying colors. I can’t stress that enough. In addition to Heath, his staff was always on the ball, patient, understanding and best of all, completely responsive. Heath both looks the part, talks the part, and has a presence in the court room. To wrap this up, every little step Heath explained to us beforehand happened in real life just as he had explained. I was shocked at how accurate his explanation was. My father went from facing a felony, misdemeanor and and jail time, to the eventual dismissal of the felony AND misdemeanor charges AND avoiding jail. There are not enough stars on the chart to give to Michale Bartish. Great lawyer with excellent knowledge and communication. He answered all questions that were asked, and was honest and upfront about every obstacle we came across. I’d recommend Mr. Bartish over and over again.

You won't regret hiring Gary. I was arrested and charged in Federal criminal court. I had another lawyer first who pressured me to take a deal and plead guilty. I refused because I was innocent. So I found Gary and asked him to take my case. Gary worked extremely hard on my case. Gary is not only a lawyer, but as a former FBI agent, he is also an investigator. As soon as he took over my case, he put a huge amount of his time and effort into studying and researching my case. He flew over to my area to meet me and the prosecutors several times. He also reached out to experts in the specific area and got help from them. Gary found a lot of holes in the prosecution's case and found new exculpatory evidence. Within a few months of taking my case, Gary was able to convince the AUSA to dismiss all the charges. His firm is the best and has a lot of resources with all different type of background can help any type of clients. Gary saved my life. I will recommend him to anyone.

Two life charges, Fully acquitted Thanks to attorney Heath Lynch. We made the decision to hire Mr. Lynch. The reviews here do not do justice to the level of “not messing around” that Heath and his partners are practicing. They said they cant help me because my ex wife already went through legal aid so apparently I will have to pay out of pocket for a lawyer. Nobody will work pro bono for me. The people here are really nice and they sounded genuinely sympathetic to my situation. Honestly if I could afford them I would be a client. The office is clean and tidy as well.
