We hired Tessa for my Title IX case at my university and she did a marvelous job navigating me and my family through the entire process, walking me through the entire process, what to expect, how to gather evidence, and how to go about the hearing. Her expertise was second to none and ensured for me that a dangerous lie would not become truth at my school. Title IX is a crazy process, but having Tessa was was the best possible solution for getting me through it! I connot recommend her enough!

Tessa was a God send to help me navigate a title IX case. I was wrongfully accused of sexual assault and needed someone to defend me. Tessa was super professional and explained everything about the process to me. She sat me down and we discussed the events in detail and was able to provide the University with a detailed description of my side of the story. After a couple weeks, the accuser dropped the case! I am so glad I was able to work with Tessa because the title IX procedures can be very overwhelming and confusing, but she was able to take the pressure off of me and use her expertise to represent me.

Right off the bat Heath seemed like the kind of guy you would want defending a family member or loved one. I actually found him on google and later received a recommendation from another friend and he couldn’t have been more correct about Heath and his team! Heath was calm and confident the entire time, including when I muddied the waters a bit before hiring him. Heath swooped in to save the day and ended up being able to get a misdemeanor knocked all the way down to a 0 point civil infraction! All in all I’m very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend him again!

Tessa is unbelievable, I was getting calls from the FBI wanting to talk to me, I did not know what to do, I tried looking up the best attorneys outside of Indiana which is where I am from, because I don't trust any here. I was reading through several attorneys and I came across Tessa. I called and spoke with her we hit it off immediately, I put down a retainer, she contacted the FBI, and threw One telephone call and one email it was resolved.
