We were confronted with a situation no parent wants, false accusations of sexual harassment. But not just that, our child was 10. Our son’s story never changed, however the ‘victim’ story fluctuated. As parents who have seen a lot during career work, we were not willing to allow for an unguided allowance of the schools investigation. We searched out legal teams for this issue, to which we found to be minimal in comparison to other areas of law. After interviewing two firms, one a rabid dog, the other a well behaved guard dog, we opted for that guard dog. Tessa was amazing at explaining the process, keeping us informed of procedural irregularities or just being receptive to the nonsense put on paper by this school district. We were able to point out and complete some work on our own to keep the billable hours to what we needed Tessa to complete in regards to legal matters, but our involvement was more informational pointing out the inconsistencies of the school’s investigation. Tessa completed all needed work timely and her involvement did not extend the process, even when the school messed up and caused delay. Each person we dealt with at SBBL was courteous and kind. Payment was easy and connecting with our team was flawless! Due to the diligent work of Tessa and her team, we had the decision of Not Responsible, which was touch and go with how the school handled the investigation! Lawyer Tessa Muir and her assistant Jess Armstrong did a wonderful job, I was being removed from ROTC for a reason I both didn't understand, and didn't think I could get out of. After over a year (My ROTC program's fault, not theirs, they were very prompt with responses) I was finally exonerated and told it was my cadre's mishandling and their mistake. I ended up saving 63k so very worth it, and very appreciative of Tessa and Jess. They do great work and they're the girls you need!

He was very friendly and knowledgeable during our free consultation. The price point was definitely middle of the road compared to other consults I had received. However Heath seemed very competent and confident in his ability to help. Turns out he was correct and the small retainer ended up being a steal for the excellent service provided. Heath was very accessible throughout the process. I loved the ability to shoot him a quick text If needed; If there were more important matters he would give me a call and explain everything in detail. I never felt lost or confused with where my case was or what was happening next. In the end Heath was able to help me avoid any criminal charges , fines , or other penalties. Obviously every situation is different and this won’t always be the case for every client. However I would definitely use Heath again in the future if I ran into any legal trouble and I’d recommend you do the same!

It is difficult to describe just how happy I am with this firm. To be more specific, attorney, Heath Lynch, is one of the finest attorneys I have ever met in my entire life. Heath Lynch represented me when I was falsely accused of four crimes. He was exactly what every attorney should strive to be. Not only was he professional, honest and true, but he also listens to his clients and makes them a partner. This man is one of the finest you can find. I also would like to give a big shout out to the assistant on my trial, attorney, Michaela Hamilton. She was more than impressive, and between the two of them, my life was saved. The old adage, "if you need some thing done, ask a busy person," applies to Heath Lynch in a way that I cannot describe. This man believed me when no one else did, and worked tirelessly for 13 months until the trial, which resulted in a full acquittal. Heath Lynch never shines away from going to trial, making a motion or listening to his client. This was the first time in my life I ever found myself in the situation, and I can safely say that this man saved my life. If you need a great lawyer, Heath Lynch is your man. If I become even 1/3 of the attorney that he is, I will consider myself exceptionally blessed.
