Heath is an amazing attorney. I was facing 2 charges and I have a colorful past. I was facing charges in a jurisdiction that usually gives max penalties. Heath and his team got the biggest charge completely dropped and i was ok with paying a very small fine(which was my idea). He was fully prepared to go to trial but he was able to get them dropped prior to trial. I fully recommend Heath Lynch. He knows his work and has been available by cell whenever I had a question. Most attorneys get your money and disappear. It felt great and reassured to have an attorney and lawfirm to fully commit and care about their client. I wish i could give more than 5 stars. Edit: I forgot to add i was facing 3 bond violations after my charges (don't recommend to do so) but I was represented by Heath and went home with a warning.

I had Heath help me out with a charge that needed an attorney. He was instrumental by speaking to the prosecutor after he had me get some of the information needed to come to a conclusion. Unfortunately for me, the prosecutor wasn't budging from her decision to go to trial. Although Heath had tried in several meetings to try and have some kind of resolution to this case. He is a fantastic attorney that really tries to help you any legal way possible. I recommend Heath and his firm to help you.

Mike Bartish was a Godsend! Our son made some bad choices. He was looking at a prison sentence, but because of Mike's expertise, he was given a lighter sentence nearby in a local jail. He stood up and was an encouragement for our family and our son. We searched for hours for a lawyer with experience in opposition to the "Me" movement and an advocate for the accused. I would highly recommend Mike Bartish for someone who needs a criminal lawyer.

I highly recommend Heath Lynch and his firm if you need excellent representation and the best possible outcome. I am very greatful I chose him to represent my daughter. She avoided jail time which I’m sure wouldn’t have happened if it weren’t for him.

If it wasnt for Heath Lynch representing me in my 2nd offense DUI case I wouldnt be around right now to talk about it. This is an excellent firm and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for representation to call them.

We hired Heath for my husbands case and we got down to the final 2 weeks before his trial was to start and Heath told my husband that he needed $17,000 more for him to proceed with the trial, not to mention we had already given him $5,000 it the beginning. So basically we got screwed by this firm in the long run!!

Heath and his team did a great job through out the process. They were on top of everything from what needed to be completed before court to making sure I was in touch with the right ppl. They worked very hard to make sure that a 1st time offense was not punished so harshly. I recommend this firm and especially Heath very knowledgeable and was an overall pleasure to work with.

In April of 2018 my son was involved in an accident in which resulted in him facing a Misdemeanor. We knew in our hearts that the charge was not warranted for what he had done and knew we needed a lawyer. I contacted several lawyers in the area and they all told me he would need to "settle" with probation at the very least and honestly just didn't seem like they cared 2 cents to help in such a case. I was starting to lose hope when I came across Health Lynch and the firm at Springstead, Bartish & Lynch. I called though and spoke with Health for a good 30 minutes and knew that he was compassionate, dedicated and sincere about helping his clients achieve the best possible results. He makes sure to let you know that you can contact him at anytime with any questions you have and never wants you to feel as if you are alone in the whole process. Throughout the days leading up to the court date we stayed in contact with not only him but Chasity in the office, as well. She too, was extremely caring and friendly and was also readily available if you needed to speak with him someone. In the end Health, got our son the best possible outcome - CASE DISMISSED!! We are ever so thankful for Health and his team and would highly recommend to everyone!!
