I had a court appointed attorney that basically told me to roll over and accept what the prosecutor offered. Being I did not think I was in the wrong my wife searched the internet for reviews on trial lawyer. We found Gary and it was the best find we could have imagined. He was AWESOME. Not only did he fight for me but he believed in me. He went above and beyond what I expected. If you need honest yet hard fought representation I can't think of anyone better.

Heath Lynch was my sons attorney for his OWI and he was top notch. He was both professional and personal. Our first conversation he gave us his private cell phone number and said we could text anytime with any questions we had. And we did.Not only did he represent my son but he allowed this mama bear call or text whenever I needed to.He was quick to reply and was always there when we needed him.I feel like he’s part of our family now.He did a great job and even the judge told my son that. I’m glad it’s all over and I wish nothing but the best for Heath and his team and staff of secretaries.Five stars all the way!!!Thank you again Heath!!

I callled them in just a few hours Heath called me back . We talked About my ccw case . He didn’t judge me at all . Once I explained the case he took no time at all to get started . If I txted with a question he got back to me that day or his assistant emailed me ASAP or once the court contacted them . By far the best law firm to hire . When sentencing came around he was able to get my fines lowered and fines and court coast no payments for me are a fair monthly payment. I will put it like this you get what you pay for and Heath Lynch went the extra mile . If I ever have a problem in Michigan or need a lawyers advice for Michigan laws. I’ll be calling Heath or sending my friends and family his way .

Very good communication and accessibility. Other attorneys that I have dealt with were hard to get a hold of most of the time and would take days to respond. Attorney Heath Lynch kept me up to date on everything and even gave me his cell number. The staff in the office are very polite and eager to help with anything you need as well. While you may hesitate at fees thinking you can get a better deal, more than likely you will regret not going with these guys. I have started with a cheeper retainer for a different attorney but ended at the same cost with very poor results. Heath did his best to look at every angle and patiently listened to all my concerns. He was very honest with everything we addressed. Overall, ended well and I am very happy I chose this firm.

Heath Lynch was me and my fiance's lawyer and it didn't look good for us. Everything was going against us....We didn't have much hope and every other lawyer office we called, we got thrown dollar amounts that were outrageous before they even heard any of the case. But Mr. Lynch listened from the first phone call through the last. Not only did he make me feel that he was invested ,he made me feel that he was knowledgeable at a level that no other lawyer could compete. He is an amazing lawyer and he has many connections within the system that I'm sure other Lawyers do not have. These professional connections acquaintances ,friendships ,whatever you want to call them, allows him to make Headway where other lawyers cannot. Like I said, my fiance was looking at years and Mr. Lynch got him 18 months. He was kind ,not judgemental in any way of our situation. I could not have picked a better lawyer. His prior experience being a federal prosecutor is just one of the many qualities that makes him such an amazing defense attorney. When it comes to criminal cases Heath Lynch is the lawyer that you want. My family is so thankful for him I can barely put it into words. Not just him either, his entire office was wonderful. Everyone was kind, communicative and even people in his office knew who I was when I walked in. People I had never met. If anybody is unsure about which lawyer or which office to choose.. choose Heath Lynch. I know you won't be disappointed. Not every case turns out great but he's will fight for you with everything he has.

2 FELONY CHARGES: 15 YEARS MAX Gary and his legal team are incredible. Gary specifically was very involved and personal and really went to battle for me. I was facing very serious felony charges for assault and looking at a maximum of 15 years. He and his team fought hard on my behalf and managed to get both felony charges dismissed and a plea agreement of misdemeanor charges with a maximum of 30 days, of wich I was sentenced to 21 days to be served on weekends. I was not only able to avoid the two felonies, but I was able to keep my job and my life. I can't thank him and his team enough! Gary! He's Da Man!

Gary and his legal team are the best in the area in my opinion. Every part of my case was handle in a professional and timely manner. There was no sugar coating or unfulfilled promises.
