I had a great experience working with Heath Lynch and his team. They were very responsive and always kept me updated on the status of my case. Heath is a genuine person and he truly wants the best for his clients. I was faced with two misdemeanor charges and Heath was able to get both of them dropped leaving me with 16 community service hours. This was the best case scenario for my situation and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I initially reached out to Heath while he was on vacation. I was in need of a lawyer and time was not on my side. I called him on vacation and he answered my call with no hesitation, evaluated my case and I was able to acquire him within the next day. I am so grateful for the work Heath and his team put in to make sure I walked out with the best result possible.

On December 29th I was pulled over and charged with my first OWI. I knew I needed to find a lawyer to represent me. I was lucky enough to have Gary represent me in this case. Gary went above and beyond for me and worked super hard on my case. I was super nervous about the situation but his team and himself made me feel super confident that we were going to win this fight. After 5 months of fighting this we went to trial and the outcome of the trial was amazing. Gary fought all the way till the end and convinced the jury that I was not guilty. The jury said I was not guilty and o was completely out of the OWI. I highly recommend Gary and his team for anyone that is in a criminal case. They are super smart and know a lot about all the laws. I hired Michael Bartish as my lawyer for an OWI third offense charge. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the law and especially with my case. He knew the ins and outs of the separate courts within the area and how the process would move forward. My daughter is a GVSU student who was charged with a traffic offense on campus. It was a situation that was really blown out of proportion and she was charged with a misdemeanor and faced school sanctions. All of the friends and family that I spoke to about the situation were shocked at the charges, especially after reading the police report. My daughter and I met with Mr. Heath Lynch for a consultation, and we were so impressed with his confidence, professionalism, and genuine concern that we hired him immediately. Neither of us had any experience with criminal proceedings, so he guided us step by step through the process. He let me know from the start that while my daughter was his client and he had to respect her confidentiality, that he would keep me informed during the process, too. Mr. Lynch met with my daughter and called her several times to prepare her for her court dates and also assisted with her school sanctions. His office staff were very prompt about sending out reminders and documentation to us via email. The process took approximately three months from start to finish. When we actually went to court, it was obvious that Mr. Lynch is a well respected counselor. We observed other attorneys at the courthouse, and we were very relieved to have Mr. Lynch assisting us. We knew we had made the right choice. There were many different outcomes that this case could have had, but we received the best possible outcome: a reduction to a civil infraction, a fine, and restitution. I know that without Mr. Lynch my daughter would have ended up with a misdemeanor charge that would have impacted her pursuit of a graduate degree and ultimately her career. Yes, this law firm is more expensive than the firm we were going to initially consult, but the quality of the representation and the outcome completely justified the cost. I highly recommend this firm, and Mr. Lynch in particular, to anyone who is facing a legal situation.

When I was charged with a misdemeanor, I immediately knew that I needed legal aid. A permanent criminal record would devastate my future academic and career plans. There were two lawyers I looked at, one of which was Mr. Lynch. The other lawyer I considered was more affordable, but had a less impressive history. I knew after my initial meeting with Mr. Lynch that he was the lawyer I was going to go with. He was incredibly professional, put together, and straight with me. Let's be clear, you don't want to bargain shop when it comes to choosing a lawyer; your future is on the line. I can honestly say that Mr. Lynch was worth every penny and more. For the months that it took to resolve my legal problems, Mr. Lynch was there every step of the way. He would consistently call, email, and text me details I needed to know, as well as checking in with me. I remember calling him in-between my classes when I had questions about school sanctions relating to my charges and he was very helpful in explaining the process to me. One time there was a miscommunication about what day we were supposed to meet to discuss my case; I showed up at his office and he didn't have a meeting with me in his schedule. Regardless, he still sat down and met with me anyway. Mr. Lynch never offered me false promises or was in anyway less than truthful with me, which I greatly appreciated. His competency was all the reassurance I needed. He was also remarkably detail oriented, remembering and bringing up personal details I had only briefly mentioned. I was so pleased when he came out of the final pretrial meeting to tell me he had gotten me a plea agreement for a civil infraction - it was the best possible outcome! I can honestly say that I would 100% recommend Mr. Lynch as a lawyer.

I hate to start off my review with such a cliché phrase. However, it must be done, and I truly cannot even begin to express the amount of gratitude and appreciation I hold for all of the help and support I had received from both Heath and his firm during this tumultuous time. The generous faces that represent this firm are all incredibly caring and professional individuals who are not doing their job primarily for the money. I urge you to take that initial step to contact this firm, because upon the first few conversations you have with them, you will begin to realize that they are people who genuinely care about any legal plight you are currently undergoing. I made a terrible mistake that had me facing felony charges that eventually dropped to misdemeanors before the pre-trial conference, and at this point, all I was hoping for was no jail time. Unfortunately, my court date had to be rescheduled 2 times due to scheduling conflicts and the death of my mother, and I can honestly say that Chasity, the firm's legal assistant, was very prompt at notifying me and handling these issues with the utmost care. And I bring this up to demonstrate that during this incredibly rough time, both Heath and Chasity took the time to send me words of comfort to make sure I was doing okay while also contacting the court to reschedule. During all of this, Heath was very supportive and responsive in making sure I understood the whole process and what everything entailed. He reassured me that he would make sure to fight for no jail time. In a nutshell, my case had incredibly positive results that resolved with one charge dismissed, some fines, and one year of probation where upon successful completion, the second charged dismissed as well. If you need legal help, please contact them because they will take their time to understand your situation and fight for you. Without Heath, there is no way my case would have resulted in the outcome that it did, and I am eternally grateful. Thank you!

Mr borgula recently represented me on a federal case. Before mr borgula became my lawyer I had a paid attorney who was telling me to just plea and get outta there way! do to financial problems I couldn’t pay him so he filed to get off my case. That’s when the court appointment me mr borgula, When I first seen mr borgula my head was all messed up I was down and out with no hope! but mr borgula knew that something wasn’t right with my case, and insisted we file a motion to suppress the evidence.during our 3hour motion to suppress mr borgula was a beast in that court room! Which eventually lead up to my case getting dismissed. I can’t thank him enough we need more people like this in this world. If you hire him you will not be displeased his whole personality and the way he talks to you just makes you feel like everything will be ok . He was my appointed lawyer and gave his all so just imagine how hard he will fight if u hire him!!! .. he is truly and angel from god!!

Mr borgula represented me on a federal case I was caught with a gun in my pocket! my first lawyer was telling me to take a plea 0-10 years my guidelines was 57-71 months but because of financial problems I couldn’t pay him so the government appointed me me borgula. I told mr borgula that I was ready to plea but he insisted on filing a motion to suppress the evidence I said to him why would we do that the gun was in my pocket, but he wouldn’t let me give up he insisted on filing this motion. During the suppression motion hearing mr borgula was like Floyd mayweather countering with blows for the whole 3 hours which resulted with us winning the motion. When I got the news I couldn’t believe we won he did such a great job I would recommend this guy on any charge! My family was sad we gave up because we knew how vicious the feds could be until me borgula saved the day now I’m back with my kids! Case dismissed thank you so much we need more people in this world like you . (Truly an angle from god)I will never in my life forget you ! Thank you
