This past April while riding my bicycle in Grand Rapids I was hit by a driver who wasn’t paying attention. Aside from the road rash and blood, I was relatively unscathed. But my bike was damaged; cracked frame that needed to be replaced. The driver’s insurance company was dawdling and unresponsive — weeks and then months went by. Tom Sinas is an attorney I would never hesitate to refer someone to. It's truly clear that Tom's motivation isn't his firm's revenue, but the results and counsel he provides his clients. Tom and I are somewhat odd bedfellows as I own and insurance agency. My son died when he was rear-ended (along with two friends) in a horrible car crash on an expressway in Michigan. Tom Sinas was recommended to me by the lawyer in Grand Rapids doing my son's probate. Bill,won my case for me. It would have been faster,yet,the COVID struck mid case.It was all resolved in 13 months. Bill ,drove 30 miles to get the story ,right in the hospital. He cares and did a professional job. Many believe I should win and Bill won an amount of money more than I could find on Google for a simular case.
