We were very pleased with Tom and his assistant Kayleigh. We first met in our home as I was not able to get out and about very well. Through a lengthy interview process, they gathered pertinent facts and information and then proceeded to run with the ball and gather voluminous medical information and reach out to the powers that be in order to negotiate on our behalf. Tom put together an excellent presentation of the changes to Michigan’s 2020 auto insurance. There is just so MUCH information to absorb and merits further investigation. Making the right decision on Liability and Umbrella amounts will be key to our future needs and Tom did well to share the information at the virtual presentation.. It will be interesting to see if residents of MI will actually save money on auto insurance and have sufficient coverage to last their lifetime in the event they are SEVERELY injured in an auto accident. Tom presented the information clearly and it is now up to each of us to make sure that we are covered adequately.

Very clearly explained using the two-hand example. I reviewed your brochure regarding changes, but this webinar explained it more clearly including Mike's perspective as an agent. As a Medicate recipient I was most interested in the opting out provision, that I will not do following the cautionary advise. The side-by-side was very helpful. The questions were excellent as well.
