I just got off the phone with the most unprofessional, disrespectful and very rude representative. This company is not to be trusted whatsoever. You speak with one rep and they do not notate your account as told they would do so. They just want your money. When asked for my account balance it was given to me rudely and a more balance than what is was originally. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told it needed to be in writing to request and check within a week. The representative hung up on me and when I called back to get the information on how to request to speak with a supervisor they sent me to voicemail. I have never dealt with any law office or a company being treated with such disrespect and talked to as if I am not an educated individual, who like any person fell on hard times during the pandemic. It was very uncalled for and I wish anyone luck dealing with this company. You will need it or a lawyer to deal with your affairs when dealing with this office. Very unprofessional and rude.

Worst company ever Went to court and set up a payment plan for a debt I have with Munson health care (had a stroke in 2021 and needed PT after losing our business due to Covid so I couldn’t pay) Then find out today that even tho I had been making payments (they couldn’t garnish my wages as I couldn’t work anymore after the stroke) they are taking what little Michigan tax refund I have to pay part of the debt despite my making their payments on time This place is pure evil.

Super shady, disgusting people. Will try to take every penny from you! Make sure you get receipts! Even if they take "24-48 hours" to post to your account. Say you pay in full on the 13th, and then they tell you the payment won't post for 1 or 2 days you are racking up interest on the days it's not posted, so you'll end up paying even more. CALL EVERYDAY and bug them until you get a receipt saying your account is closed and paid in full. Still waiting on mine!!!! (My whole charge was from a medical bill that went to collections, paid that place, didn't know they hired "velo" as well and just found out about this collections from a year ago, and it's been racking up interest this whole time. Velo had my personal information like phone number. Never got one call. They also had my address wrong in their system. No wonder I didn't get any mail.) this place is a joke!

My debt has already been paid, as of January 18th, 2023, and they’re still coming after me in court, and sending me letters. If you try to call, they’re incredibly rude and “can’t give you any information” regarding your own account. What they do is harassment. Not debt collection.

If I could give 0 stars I Would the are horrible they told me that the case was cancelled/dismissed yet they are still garnishing my pay check they won’t tell me anything when I call but they the case is still under review HOW SWAY !!! It’s been weeks !!! So fustraded that my money is being stolen and they keep giving me the run around ! RUN ME MY MONEY before I SUE your practice !!!

They can commit fraud and get away with it and nothing happens to them.

The automated system has the worst voice. It is burned into my brain. 🥴😬

VELO Law are some crooked people, all they want to know is your banking info and who your employer is so that they can screw you!!! Absolutely a lawyer that will live in eternal he11!!! And all the people working in this office!!! They know what they are doing to you financially!!! 👿👹👺

Adding daily interest on medical bills that got sold to them! ILLEGAL!!
