If I could give a 0 star rating I would!!! I advise everyone to be very careful with this company just two weeks ago they tried coming after me actually serving me twice after I had my lawyer contact them advising them that they have the wrong person.. I received a garnishment release and I got served again a week after for a lawsuit that has nothing to do with me!! someone had my first and Maiden last name and all they did was Google that person and they found me. They came after myself and my business! For a universal Ambulance I have never been an ambulance in my life. so my advice is to really look at the paperwork you received from them because they will try to get their money from anyone.

I owed a debt to my bank, that I had tried to resolve but they would not let me make payments. It was sold to this place a year later and without any knowledge of it being sold we were taken to court (was not told of the court date or anything until we got court papers in the mail) of course we lost the judgement. I called to set up payment plan which they agreed to. I lost my job and missed a payment, next thing I know they are garnishing my state taxes. A month later my wages were being garnished, dispight the payment plan. They are taking so much I am now being evicted from my home because I can't pay the bills. I have 3 children to support on one income and over 100 of everyone of my checks they are taking. To top it off I received a letter saying the state taxes they took went to an attorney when what we owed to begin with was supposed to be court costs and attorney fees! So now they are going to continue garnising me money they already took. They have also been adding interest onto the account this entire time and last time I checked that was illegal!

Unthinkable that these people are allowed law licenses. I have medical bills to pay, and when I went to start payments at the hospital involved, I was told that my account had been sold to this firm. No one had contacted me, so I called them to set up a plan. They were so glad to hear from me. They sent me a letter telling me that they had taken my case to court and the court had ruled for them in this case, and sent me a request for my bank accounts so they could start collecting. This is from people that had never even contacted me. Heaven forbid you try to contact them, they aren't available on my off work hours.

Very unprofessional. Was not willing to work out a plan. I disagreed with the amount owed, was told by the law office to print off a monthly financial sheet which was done and I never heard back about the propsed amount I offered not a phone call email nothing the next thing I got was a garnishment judgement. I feel as if the office illegally used this financial form to get current employment information in order to get a garnishment judgement. VEY UNPROFESSIONAL an IFEEL IT IS ILLEGAL COLLECTION PRACTICES.
