Blood sucking parasites. Figured out a payment plan with them but when I got the paperwork, wasn't what we discussed. Instead of getting it from tax returns, they are garnishing my wages, for a $600 ambulance bill. I work part time and live by just getting by. Shouldn't be called a law office, should be called financial bullies.

Worst debt collector! Very unprofessional. I over paid them and they sent me a letter telling me they need to verify my address to make sure they send the money to the correct house....... they were sending me letters to my address for 6 months so if pay them but when it comes time to repay me then they need proof of address. Been 3 weeks and still have not received my money. Weird how that works. Very dumb lawyers!

My wife got judgment on medical bills we made arrangements to pay monthly to this. We never missed a payment. I just got judgment from them also they refused to combine mine to my wife's now they expect me to make 2 payments a month. When all these bills are from my 2 kids. Seem illegal and out right wrong shame on velo state should investigate this shady law office.

Called to try to take care of a bill receptionist was unprofessional ask to speak to the office manager was told I have to put it in writing when asked who do I put it in writing to she stated I have other calls and very busy an hangs up the phone. instead of helping their client resolve the outstanding bill she makes it even harder to take care of a debt. way to support your customer great job !!!! Scott good people that fall on hard times that are trying to take care of their bills you wouldn't have a hard time collecting if you didn't have people like this working for you.

They had a lawyer lie under oath about what I said. We had a deal for 1500 and bc he lied to the judge they moved it to almost 2000... and then they said they didnt care if my 3 yr old, 5 yr old and 10 yr old lost their house and was homeless, bc my payment plan didnt work for them... like are you kidding??? At least your getting something!
