We used Cunningham Dalman to prepare our estate trust and wills. Haans Mulder was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through the process and was always available to answer questions. The finished product was well prepared and quite extensive, including digital copies and instructions on how to put assets into our trust. On December 21, 2021 I had a phone appointment to talk to an attorney that I set up the previous week. I took time off work for the 2pm appointment. I called at 1:55 and the receptionist charged me $250 for the first hour consultation. She put me on hold until 2:18 when the attorney finally came onto the call. He asked why I was calling so I explained my case. At 2:25 he told me that I have a legitimate case but he doesn’t have the time. Told me to call another law firm and that was it. He knew he wasn't going to take the case or give me a consultation but they still charged me. I called back and asked for my money back. They said they would refund half. Its been over a month and no refund. This was a very unprofessional experience all around. I feel like I got swindled. Update 2-7-22. I received an email and refund explaining that the refund authorization was lost in translation with the accounting department. I appreciate that they refunded half the amount but I still find the whole situation unacceptable.

Jessica has made it easy to get our will done. my mom and dad used her for the same thing as well and that's how I met her. I will definitely recommend her to others looking to do their end of life wants and needs. she's very thorough, and explains things as it goes.
