Very professional and caring. Jessica explained all our options to us, but didn't push us to a specific option. Everything went very smoothly through the process. Jessica is very knowledge in her field and passes her knowledge on to her clients. There were no surprises at any time - all things were done as they said they would be. My wife and I were overdue to take care of our estate planning as we recently retired and have a growing family with grandchildren. Haans Mulder of Cunningham Dalman did an excellent job of explaining the benefits of an estate plan, the various documents involved, and the legal options and implications. We were impressed with how things were explained in layman's terms and how our questions were answered. The entire process from the initial contact through the final signing was professional and enjoyable.
