After being denied by SOS to get my license back, I contacted Mike Dungan to represent me in Circuit Court. He was very quick to get the process started and filed everything timely on my behalf. In court, he described my case and fought for me to obtain my driving privileges back and he succeeded! I personally would recommend The Law Office of Dungan & Kirkpatrick, PLLC to anyone that is in need of a great attorney; Mr. Dungan was kind enough to help me with a rookie state police officer giving me a ticket for something I didn't do; But most of all, Mr. Dungan took my case, he helped me after I mistakenly hired a unprofessional attorney across the street from him, that attorney was quickly fired.
