I have had several email correspondences and a phone consultation with Shaun Willis during the past several months, and am very pleased with his sincere caring for people (who are not yet paying for his services). He has provided me with the information I need to hopefully settle a property dispute while advising me to work it out with my neighbor if possible (which will ultimately save me money if I can). I feel good just knowing Shaun is there if I need him going forward, and the price of his services will be worth every penny. Thanks for the help, Shaun, and thanks for caring.

I was not impressed by the "free consultation". The very young attorney I met with had absolutely no comprehension of my issue after a 15 minute conversation. She then asked what I wanted her to do – no advice for me! When I stated I needed a letter from an attorney, she suggested I put Willis Law on retainer with an initial charge of $2,400.00. The monthly fee would be less after that. This was the advice from this attorney when I responded that a letter from an attorney to my HOA would be sufficient to start repairs on a roof leak. This firm wasted my time.
