Not all lawyers are created equal--that is a fact of which we became aware over the last couple of years. During that time, our family found ourselves unable to acquire information to which we were rightfully entitled in an estate case. We employed Willis Law to aid us in our quest to get the required information and to settle the problematic estate situation. Sam Gilbertson, our lawyer, was quick to respond to queries, clear and knowledgeable in his written and verbal communication, and elicited a very satisfactory legal outcome for us. In the course of the legal proceedings, from some of the lawyers we encountered in other firms, we observed what seemed to be incompetence, questionable veracity, lack of response to requests, and even some attempts to force payment by "shady" methods. We can recommend Willis Law without reservation.
