As a local Realtor with almost 10 years in the business, I am quick to recommend Linnell & Associates as the first place to go for everything Real Estate Law Related. First of all, they are EXTREMELY helpful and very professional. The office manager, Andi, is great. If you call and you aren't sure who specializes in what, she puts you in touch with the right professional quickly--usually within 24 hours. She is pleasant and understanding on the phone. I have referred Bunni Lieberman to a few other Realtors and a client who needed help with quiet title due to issues with previous quit claim deeds. I recently referred Rick Linnell to a client who is having issues with an insurance company over a homeowners insurance claim. Rick has also graciously provided education to our Real Estate office on how to properly present sellers disclosures to clients. He is the person to call if you have a sellers disclosure issue. I can not speak highly enough about the attorneys at Linnell & Associates.
