Linnell and Associates is an amazing firm, referred to me by a leading real estate agent and company in Rochester. I had an HOA Board issue where the HOA Board did not read/understand their bylaws to which they represented. The HOA Board did not understand the extent of their authority. The HOA association passed several property resolutions that exceed their scope and authority granted by the by law declaration. Dakota Offman was REMARKABLE in resolving this gross overstep by the HOA Board. 5 illegal resolutions were clawed back and rescinded within one month of his letter addressed to the HOA, with supporting documentation. Dakota is amazing and I will rely on Linnell and Associates for any future challenges, trust and or real estate transactions. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤗

Asked a friend for a referral because I needed to be talked off the ledge. On July 3, 2023 at 1:39pm, I received the contact information for Rick Linnell. I thought: “Great it’s a holiday and now I received this information.” Even if this office was working today they may have closed early because tomorrow is the 4th of July. Oh what the heck, I called Rick’s office and at 2:16pm I left a voice message for Rick. Thinking I would get to the top of his list of calls that must be returned on July 5th. So on July 3, you could have knocked me over a feather when my phone rang at 3:42pm. It was Rick, not an assistant, but Rick himself retuning my call. We spoke for 24 minutes. Rick was so polite, very kind, professional, helpful and informative. He did not rush me at all. I would definitely recommend Rick Linnell for any of your real estate needs.
