Debra was more then helpful. She gave me contacts regarding my landlord, the rental house that is unhealthy in the basement and now in the house. Basically, instead of me needing a lawyer at this time she gave me suggestions prior to calling back to hire their firm.

I reached out to Rick on recommendation from our real estate broker regarding how to approach a township meeting in which my business partner and I were seeking conditional rezoning for a commercial property prior to purchase. We had recently attended a planning commission meeting that quickly became contentious with disgruntled neighbors in attendance. We walked away incredibly concerned about how this would impact the township board voting only five days later on our request. I emailed Rick the next day and heard back almost immediately. That night he called me personally after 6pm to talk me through exactly what we needed to do to mitigate the damage and formulate an action plan in which to remedy the situation to the best degree possible. With over a decade of experience as in-house counsel for a developer, Rick has an extensive background in zoning issues and in working with zoning boards of appeals. His advice was honest, candid, and nothing that we EVER would have come up with on our own. Rick, we cannot thank you enough for sharing your wisdom. You were truly a godsend in our time of need.
