I would give them six stars if I could. What four other law firms told me couldn’t be done in less than a week they manage to do in half a day. I was able to purchase my house on the final day of redemption! They were extremely quick yet very thorough. I would recommend them highly. Atty. Linnell has been a WONDERFUL advisor to my family over the years with matters pertaining to our real estate. I appreciate his mode of operation, simply based on the fact that he meticulously assesses the matter, and provides insightful conversations/points to consider on the road to making a final decisions. My real estate agent gave us Rick Linnell’s name when a wetland issue came up with our property. From the first call through our meeting with Rick, his assistant and Rick were professional. Rick was knowledgeable about wetland property, gave us his expert opinion on how to deal with it, recommended a great assessor for wetlands. He also gave his advice on another issue. I really appreciated his time and left the conversation feeling like I had a plan in working with the township. I highly recommend him.

I’m a person that likes to take care of issues on my own, but sometimes you run into constant blocks, in this situation I needed legal help, to make a long story short Attorney Bunni saved me $16k. The best part is it only cost me an hour of legal, literally couple hundred dollars. i went to multiple lawyers and every one wanted to take the most time consuming, hardest route, prices ranged from $3-5k.
