Rick and his team are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I have used him for advice/review a few times and provided me with the needed details for my real estate needs. In addition, he took time from his busy day to come to my brokerage and did a free presentation regarding "Sellers Disclosures". Class attendees all agree that the knowledge gained from his trainings were priceless and appreciate his teaching.

A title company that I use referred David Applebaum to my sellers. They paid him to clear title on one of their investment properties. They asked for him to send the certified court order in May 2022. We were scheduled to close in June and come to find out the title company never received the court order. I called and asked him to overnight it. He said he would. After a week of trying to get back in touch with him he ignored my calls and e-mails. My seller had to reach out to him again and he said he would do it again. David delayed our closing over a week and caused a huge inconvenience to every party involved. I’d never recommend his services.

I have used Rick and his team of attorneys to help landlord clients through the eviction process and have been successful in quiet title action. I highly recommend them.

Bunni Lieberman was invaluable in working with the IRS to reduce tax liens attached to my brother's estate. She knew exactly who to talk to and what to ask for and was completely successful in obtaining a huge reduction in the liens. She also picked up the ball dropped by my previous incompetent lawyer and helped me immeasurably in navigating probate. She orchestrated the sale of my brother's house, working with the buyer and getting the mortgage arrears and balance paid off. She kept me and the buyer apprised of progress at every step of the way and pretty much took care of everything relating to the lien reduction, probate and the sale, which was a huge relief to me!! I cannot say enough about her knowledge, professionalism, empathy, accessibility and, not least, her wonderful sense of humor. I would unequivocally recommend Bunni to anyone.
