I was involved in a terrible boating accident and was very hesitant to get an attorney involved. After meeting Brian McKenna at the Sinas Dramis Law Firm, as well as his partners, my wife and I both felt very comfortable going ahead with their team and are very happy we did. They are caring, professional, honest and will do everything they can to obtain a good settlement. In addition to their expertise, they also provided 3 primary experts for my case, a psychologist, ongoing care consultant, and video expert. Having access to these very competent outside experts was extremely helpful to my case. Brian was always available to answer questions and take strategy suggestions from my wife and I. He didn’t mind any question or suggestion that we threw out. Brian’s communication skills were excellent. In my case, we were very involved and that was alright with Brian. We worked very well together as a team. My case did not go to trial, it was settled out of court with an insurance company. I truly believe that the work, presentation, and arguments that Brian and his team put together convinced the insurance company to settle with what we considered a very fair settlement without going to court. I would not hesitate to recommend Brian and the Sinas Dramis Law Firm to family or friends. I have raced competitively as a cyclist between 35 and 75 times a year over the last five years. My accident occurred as I was nearing the end of a training ride on a very beautiful morning. I was riding around a business park area that had some beautiful open land areas surrounding it. Vehicular traffic was very low and I had already seen quite a bit of wildlife as well as a few deer right next to the road that seemed to pay no mind to me riding past them. As I was nearing the end of my ride, I encountered a car in the oncoming lane. When it made a left turn in front of me I had very little time to try and react. The right front fender collided with me and my bike and my body completely crushed the front windshield of the car. My resulting injuries left me unable to walk at all for six weeks. Fortunately, I was able to recover and have been able to resume cycling and racing again. I learned of Bryan and his work with cyclists while attending several bike races that he supported. In my over 25 years as a police officer I have had many interactions with attorneys. Unfortunately for their clients, many attorneys seem to just go through the motions and spend very little actual time working on their client’s case. Not Bryan Waldman. Bryan not only worked with the at fault driver’s insurance company to reach a fair settlement, he helped me work with my insurance company and the hospital that treated me so that nothing was missed. I can’t say enough about the wonderfully positive experience I had working with Bryan through what was a very difficult and painful time. Since my accident I have been happy to recommended Bryan to other cyclists that I know who have unfortunately been involved in similar accidents.

If there were more then 5 stars I would totally be giving them a 100. I absolutley loved working with kevin & Jillian and all the staff as sinas dramis. They were so compassionate and accomdating for so many of our needs when dealing with my dads case and more. I honestly cant put into words how sweet and understanding they are. They put my dad 1st and trusted in him when everyone else just put him down. I would deffiently recommend this law firm from the simple things all the way up to the most difficult.💙💜💙. Bryan Waldman handled my case when I was hit by a drunk driver while riding my bicycle.
