I would recommend them to anyone

I was very disappointed with the character of my personal injury attorney, so I talked to some friends who recommended Tom's firm. Tom Sinas and his amazing associates and staff were caring, compassionate and professional from the first moment we spoke. Tom is extremely thorough. When we would talk, he would make sure that I understood everything, not just rush through so he could move on to his next task. He is also very attentive. When we spoke or met, it was very obvious that I was his main concern. During the preparation for my trial, I had some serious doubts, as I had never been in a situation like that before, but Tom took the time, on more than one occasion, to explain the process, possibilities and documentation to help me understand and make an informed decision. He was able to take me from feeling unsure about myself and my case, to feeling like the confident woman he could see. Tom, his associates and staff, along with our witnesses that they expertly prepared, presented a fact-based, honest court case that resulted in a win for us! Tom helped me believe in myself, and I still carry that confidence with me today.

zero i was given a lawyer that actually had complications due to brain tumour i did not wantr to sign,i even wrote that and i was screemed at i wanred to have the company to tka care of me for life (citizens insurance) as i was the passenger in a non alcoholic one car accident that occured in summer.I have asked my parents and my counselor why did sign for i do not understand as i was not of sound mind and i had migraines etc and even they do not know,the lawyer threatened to quit this was at the table and i said go ahead and still still i got yelled at. A couple of years later when it was discovered how badly my brain ijury was oh and by the way the so called 'excellent and equal insurance' that i was to have as a replacement was medicaid and therefore i was dnied necessary dctrs meds and treatments,my father tried to appeal due to the fact that i was not of sound mind when i signed, and a a little pipsquik of a lawyers who married into firm so my father said as i would not remeber was too damn lazy to work.Don't use them they will not help you unless it helps themselves they knew i wanted my medical and now my treatment and congnitive counsel is gone. Let this law firm die they do not deserve our custom. even though i was not going to give them any star,they would not allow me to post unless i select one?
