Kelly Phillips is wonderful. I highly recommend her for any family issues. She made me feel comfortable and confident through the entire process and I know she had mine and my daughters best interest at heart. I highly recommend her.

I recently worked with Kelley McLean Phillips to create an estate plan and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Kelley is an extraordinarily skilled, experienced, and competent attorney. I found the thought of estate planning daunting and intimidating, but Kelley immediately made me feel at ease and walked me through each step of the process with incredible clarity, kindness, and humor. I had some specific concerns regarding provisions for minor children and Kelley provided mindful and compassionate guidance that gave me great relief and confidence. The entire team and staff at Creighton, McLean & Shea have been fantastic; all of my inquires, calls, and emails were quickly and clearly answered and I truly feel that Kelley and her team went above and beyond to support me. I have already recommended Kelley and the firm to other family and friends because I know they will be in excellent hands!

Kelly Phillips I really could go on forever, but the first day I walked in that door I was crying, when I left that day , kelly not only was a true professional she made me feel like a friend I had for 20 years and her work ethics are true professional and if I could put her on the top of the lawyer’s list , we’ll she is,your the best my divorce is was handled with true hard core fighting from her but on my end she made me feel like I would be just fine and thank god I am ,your the best Kelly I truly recommend Kelly to anybody for future things in there life your friend Alex

Ray Waldo had helped my sister out with a family matter she had. I came in once just to ask (after already hiring a different lawyer) his thoughts on my present case, That had not technically started in the courts. He was very nice to just look over my paperwork and give his general thoughts on the whole thing. After I had gotten another lawyer closer to the case, which was in the UP. Thinking my Lord down state and him would work together. That did not happen. As everything settled down I had to get rid of my lawyer in the UP because he was, as I like to call him, a slum lawyer. And I had already left the lawyer down here due to time passing with nothing happening and his schedule. I received a letter in the mail from the opposing lawyer and I literally had two days to stop what they were doing. My sister said call Waldo. Not going to lie, I literally called crying. Forward 2 months-- he has been on top of my case. In constant contact with the opposing lawyer. Has not talked down to me like the other lawyers I have had. And explain everything to me and answered all my questions I had to where I could understand. Although my case is not finished, I've never been more happy and more calm, knowing that I have him in the corner. Thank you Mr. Waldo. The last 5 years have beaten me up. Mentally and emotionally. You are the only reason, as of now, that I am able to breathe just a little easier, no matter the outcome. It really feels great not having to be stressed everyday worried, knowing I have you as a lawyer. -- Shannon

I was referred to Kelley Phillips from a family member. I met with her and knew right away I would retain her to represent me in divorce proceedings. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this field, but she is kind and supportive. There were times I left her office feeling like I left a therapy session. Divorce is always difficult, but Kelley always kept a positive and confident attitude that I appreciated and needed. There is no doubt she she is an excellent attorney, and her legal assistant, Charla, was always available and quick to answer questions or give me information on behalf of Kelley. When I read all the reviews on her website I'm surprised at how many retained Kelley as their attorney, she makes you feel like you're her only client and her undivided attention to your situation is her upmost priority. I would highly recommend Kelley, and am thankful for the recommendation I received when looking for a lawyer.

lawyer told me off and didn't take on my case. Ended up using another attorney and won in court. P.S. Don't talk down to your clients. -Rick
