Carl Creighton does not return phone calls or execute estates in a timely manner. My family (who are named heirs) have requested copies of the will and were denied. Do not use Creighton McLean & Shea PLC if you are looking for fair legal proceedings that should be relatively simple.

My divorce was a complicated one, involving unusual issues with the property division and a long separation. Of course I wanted to get what felt like a fair settlement, so I met with several attorneys before deciding on Kelley McLean Phillips. Each time I met with her she gave me just a little bit of homework, such as digging up old statements, requesting old checks, etc. She could tell when I felt overwhelmed and reassured me that it would be worth it in the end, and she was right. We were three times more prepared than my ex-husband's attorney! She was good about keeping my expectations realistic, reminding me that "no one wins in a divorce." She couldn't have been more thorough or prepared. Although she is extremely professional, she felt like a friend by the time my divorce was final.

I cannot say enough about Kelley McLean Phillips. Kelley handled my recent divorce and Kelley was caring and concerned about me personally. Kelley was always well prepared, ready for any contingency or anything thrown at her. Kelley was professional throughout the entire proceedings regardless of the actions of opposing counsel. I highly recommend Kelley Phillips to any person in need of legal counsel.

Creighton McLean & Shea PLC,, is the best law firm I have done business with. I own a title insurance company and they set up my corporate paperwork, as well as my personal estate planning.
