Estate Planning & Elder Law Services did a wonderful job creating a complete package of estate planning documents. A new Trust, durable/health/HIPPA Powers of Attorney and Wills were all tailored specifically to my wife and me. They provided written instructions and supporting documents that were also a great help. Margaret is very personable and a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend them.

Margaret is very informative and educational .. she met our urgent needs!!! Margaret is compassionate about her work!!! Kim was very attentive to our urgent needs … always returned calls, emails.. reminders and kept me focused to the tasked needed! I highly recommend, if I could give them 20 stars, I would !!

Edit: met w Mr. Lindsay. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Hope to have better admin service when we go back.
Took over a month to get an appointment with Mr. Lindsay. His receptionist emailed me a long list of things to send back and requested I do so two weeks in advance. We just walked in and Kim at the desk didn’t even review the email docs I sent two weeks prior to appointment. Now we are sitting here with my elderly father racing to answers forms that were sent weeks ago. Not very professional and we won’t be back. Definitely not the way to treat seniors!

Christopher reviewed our current wills and power of attorney and patient advocate documents .He also addressed a number of questions we had. His recommendation was to draft new wills and a trust document which we had him do.He was very efficient , thorough, and easy to work with and talk to. We are very satisfied with the results and highly recommend others use his services.
