We were very pleased to work with attorney Christopher Lindsay at Estate Planning & Elder Law Services. He and his entire staff accommodated us during the start of the pandemic and were very conscientious of our health, safety and comfort. They are a professional and compassionate team. Mr. Lindsay thoroughly explained the process of estate planning, maintenance and execution. As a part of our planning, he also prepared a trust for our special needs adult son, answering all of our questions along the way. Mr. Lindsay and his staff responded to our questions in a very timely manor. The office is beautiful and welcoming. We recommend them 100%.

This attorney office has a great web site with some really worth while information resources - worth spending an hour or two on. I had what I felt was a productive information gathering session with an office administrator there. We agreed that it made sense for me to present Chris with my family situation and discuss his interest and "fit" for representing us. The agreed upon session was to be complementary as discussed at that time. Later, I learned that Chris planned to charge $330/hour starting the moment of our first meeting - without either of us having met before and without knowing if we were a match to do business. I cancelled the appointment and am going with one of the other area attorneys who held the customary free/complementary first meet/greet discussion of fit session - that allowed me and the attorney to discuss and agree that proceeding with document construction work within a defined strategy makes good sense. My advice - shop around. First sessions with an attorney being considered to do work for you are normally complementary.

Mr. Lindsay is very knowledgeable in the area of estate planning and elder law. My family has worked with him and his staff for a variety of reasons and we've been very happy. He is thorough, explains everything, provides options, follows through, and when necessary can work very quickly if your family is in a critical situation. His staff is very professional and experienced as well. He's also personable and easy to understanding--making the complex easier to grasp. I have recommended Mr. Lindsay to others who have also been happy with his services.
