My husband and I highly recommend Estate Planning & Elder Law Services. We initially met with Christopher Lindsay, Attorney, who clearly explained our options for estate planning. We chose to create a Family Trust, and Mr. Lindsay efficiently and professionally gathered all of our information to do that. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. After he and his staff had created the documents we needed to sign, we met with Margaret M. Lindauer, Attorney to accomplish that. Margaret came to our meeting fully prepared. As she guided us through the documents in the Trust, she answered all of our questions clearly and concisely. She then explained the next steps we needed to take to fund the Trust. Throughout this whole process Margaret was very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and friendly. We left feeling like a great weight had been lifted from our shoulders, knowing that upon our demise, our assets would be distributed according to our wishes.

Margaret has been amazing in walking me through an incredibly difficult time. She has made the probate and estate-planning process easy to understand. She's been incredibly accommodating with my schedule and 4 year old son. She's knowledgeable, professional and kind. I highly recommend working with her. The staff in the rest of the office also seem wonderful, though I haven't had much interaction other than helping to entertain my son.
