I was going through an extremely tough situation with a criminal offense and I don’t know what would have happened if it was not for Mark. He prepare me in advanced for everything I needed to do and what to expect.As a professional who had no prior offenses I had no idea how to go about proving myself to be a reputable person who had just made a poor isolated mistake. It was determined at sentencing that I would be given the standard harshest punishment and thanks to Mark who spoke to the judge at that time he got every single thing reduced to the bare minimum, I couldn’t be more greatful to have had his assistance,if not for him I would have been in a much worst situation.

Whoever the city attorney for Westland is-James Fausone, should be unemployed. One year ago somehow you chose not to charge my ex wife with beating our child. 24 times she hit him with a belt and buckle, and tied him to a bed, she confessed to CPS, and family court, yet you claim insufficient evidence?!?! Funny FOC and Oakland Cnty family court found PLENTY OF EVIDENCE, and gave me SOLE custody. A Man in Michigan with SOLE custody. So glad my son undergoes major counseling to deal with the abuse his mother put him through, THAT YOU SEEMINGLY FIND TO BE ACCEPTABLE! Several friends within the Livingston County Circuit Court probation and prosecutors office all said out here she’d be charged with felonies! HOW COULD YOU BE SO BLIND AND CARELESS TOWARDS A CHILD???? If it were me, we all know I’D BE IN PRISON FOR THE SAME THING! And to make it worse, you were too chicken to call and inform the abused party. You had the Detective call, who also had some very unkind words about your choice. You don’t even return one of the several calls I’ve made this year. You are a classless child abusing sympathizers! Shame on ALL OF YOU
