Everything start to finish was simple. All my questions and concerns were answered immediately. Felt a huge relief after talking with them about the frustrations I had with the car. They worked diligently on get us an offer and the settlement part went flawlessly. Thank you so much for making a really bad situation into a good one.

Not a reliable law firm, extremely disorganized. Never available to answer questions, and the attorney is rude and likes to put blame on others for her lack of organization. Im not sure why they're even soliciting for clients because the attorney never has time. I am posting anonymously for my own protection, but i can confirm my interactions with this firm with screen shots if anyone would like.

I cannot express how horrible it was dealing with this law firm. It took them weeks to respond to me, they were very rude and dismissive. It seems Melissa and Linda were always making excuses for their disorganized law firm. After my initial consult, I sent Melissa all my documents and it took her 2 months to get back to me stating she couldn’t help me. Thankfully I found another law firm that got results. I have copies of all correspondence that I’m happy to post here if they were to deny what I’m posting. Avoid this law firm, they just want you money.

When I walked into Melissa’s office, I was a mess. The issue I was facing was something I never expected to go through. I was hurt, embarrassed and nervous. Melissa took my case and by the time I walked out of my initial consult, I felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. From my paralegal to my attorney, I felt as if I was their only client! I was truthfully educated every step of the way. My issue has since been resolved and although my ordeal is over and I hope I never go through anything like that again; I have gained a true ally in my legal affairs if I do!

I submitted all required paperwork, after they reached out to me. The paperwork was extensive. He indicated GM would settle. It's been over a year now and no communication at all? Did they receive a settlement and keep the money? Very shady......

Attorney Handy and his assistant Candice were awesome! We hit some bumps in the road, but they never gave up on my case. They were quickly responsive whenever I had questions. I highly recommend attorney Handy and his team! I can’t give enough praise!!

Adam did a great job. The whole process took about 6 months from start to finish. The resolution was more than satisfactory (I was surprised at how well things turned out). I can wholeheartedly recommend Adam to anyone that needs a good LL attorney.

Melissa Pearce, as many times before, has demonstrated her prowess as my counsel, and definitely has a wonderful team working to make sure the legal process runs smooth for their clients! I can't say enough about them, and feel blessed to have found this firm! June 13, 2024. Because of Melissa and her team, I have a pretty good relationship with the judge on my case, after she demonstrated that I have been the only one paying into my mother's estate. After appointing me as Personal Representative to put my mother's house on the market for sale, once I effectively done it, he then got rid of the two personal representatives, and made me SOLE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE! Were it not for Melissa and her team, I wouldn't be having the judge looking at me in a positive light! THIS FIRM IS WONDERFUL!
