This law office is a joke!! They stalled on my case and they kept saying they had no answers when I would call asking for updates and then it took almost five months for them to tell me that ford was not willing to make an offer on my vehicle because of the current repair history ……. Why do you think we hired your office in the first place? Because of the current repair history. They are a complete Joke! They screwed up somewhere and did not send in the paperwork on time. They are supposed to be representing me and yet they let fords say they were unwilling to take responsibility for the problems they caused by not repairing it the first few times I brought it in. Candice was incompetent and did not know what she was talking about and she should not be dealing with the potential clients. She does not know what she is talking about half of the time. Mr. Handy never returned phone calls and was never around to answer questions. I don’t know how he stays in business. Don’t go here because he does not know what he’s doing either. I question where he got a law degree from. The best advice is to Scroll past Handy Law because it’s a horrible place !

My experience far exceeded my expectations. I never anticipated that I would be eligible for compensation from the car company. Mr. Handy took my case and got us a settlement. I was a client of melissa's.. I think she did an outstanding job.. She was professional. She was competent... And her prices were reasonable.. I also believe that she did some things for me. That were not required by the professional standards... She did them simply because she's a decent human being and wanted to be nice and help..

I had safety concerns with my new vehicle that made me spend a lot of time in and out of the dealership for service. Adam was able to get the manufacturer to reimburse me for that time and effort plus more. Adam was empathetic to my situation and was very easy to work with. Thank you!

I signed up for some info online about my Silverado. Mr handy contacted me and said he would represent me. He told me he filed paperwork with GM and that it would take around 30 to 60 days to get a response. Which I was cool with months go by I kept checking in with him and got the same answer “GM is taking a long time”. After about six months I get a call from some strange woman on a Sunday at like 5pm say GM refused you suit and that’s was it. When I tried to ask her questions she said mr. handy will be sending me something in the mail. It’s been two weeks and I have received nothing. I have wrote a few emails and tried calling but no response. He got my hopes up and then nothing. Don’t waste your time.
