I couldn't ask for better representation. Mr. Bain represented me during a traffic case in 36th District Court and did everything he said he was going to do. From the first moment I contacted him, he was honest, sincere, and put me and my family's minds at ease. He was always in contact and very accessible throughout my case. Dan Bain is a great guy....both as a person and as an attorney. We met Dan when we hired him to represent a family member for OUIL 3rd offense. He met with us at our home, answered us via text and phone as well as represented us in court. Every time, he was very professional and most importantly, he was honest. He answered our questions with patience and truth even when it wasn’t what we wanted to hear. At trial, he was able to negotiate with the judge and the prosecutor to get us a sentence under the minimum sentencing guidelines and for that, we are very thankful. I live in Colorado, and had a hold put on my license in Michigan nearly 10 years ago. I had literally done everything possible to get it back. The judge did not ask a single question that Mr. Bain had not told me would be asked. The hold was lifted and I had my license back immediately! My husband and I live in Florida, but when my husband was denied a passport due to an old misdemeanor fine, that was mistakenly listed as a felony, we needed a lawyer quick. I found Mr. Bain on the internet. He told us, no need to come to MI, he would take care of everything. He researched the warrant, and saved us $2000. I took one phone call, two days,and several emails to resolve the matter. He was able to have the warrant recalled and send us all the documentation, to provide to the Dept of State. We had my husband's passport within the next week. I have never met Mr. Bain, but I felt as though he really cared about my husband and I, that I was in good hands, and could cease worrying it would be handled. I felt that he knew what he was about, and excellent, caring, efficient Attorney. I would recommend him in a heart beat.
