Dan Bain is straight forward and honest at what he does! I was a tourist traveling to the US. Did something stupid and received a misdemeanor ticket. Contacted Dan Bain and he said he’ll try to get the case resolved as soon as possible, so that I could travel without any restrictions. True to his words, he asked me to appear at the court and got my case heard & decided in no time. I was able to relax the rest of my trip. You can trust him without a second thought. Thanks, Dan!

I cant explain how good of a job he did for me never in a million years would I of expected the out come I got from court...professional to the point he's a straight shooter and he's flipping good if I know anyone that get in trouble and they don't call Mr Bain there crazy this guy pulled it off I had a DWLS "like my fourth one"and walked out of court with nothing but 250 in fines it was AMAZING do yourself a favor if your in trouble call Mr Bain hes the best in town NO lawyer but him could of done what he did for me im so grateful to him if I had more money I would of gave him more just because I was so shock by his skill do yourself a favor call Bain and Bain I looked for weeks for lawyer im so happy I chose Mr.Bain it was almost criminal the deal he got for me im still in shock that it went so good

I hired Dan in September 2016. Dan and his firm are some of the most professional lawyers to have to interact with. Perhaps you may call on a day that Dan is in court he will call you back ASAP!! I'm not exagerating either he always returned my call as he was walking out of court. I have had many attorneys that I have delt with in the business that I'm in. Hands down Bain&Bain are the upper eschalance of law firms who defend our rights everyday. Now lets get to my story I have not driven for 8 years and thats a long time. I had my first child 9 months ago so I knew it was time to drive again. Dan was recommended to me by word a mouth. Now we know we always hear from people O yeah my attorney is the best or hey I know someone that will get this for you. Well this time the word of mouth was spot on everything that I heard about Bain&Bain's Law firm came true. We started my process in Sep of 2016. I came into the office for a consultation with Dan and it was a very pleasenet exchange of words. He was very honest with me and told me what I would need to do to get my privlage of driving back. I told him I was ready and would meet all of the criteria that was asked of me. In my mind I was astonished at how intellegent he was as well as friendly at the same time. Also I appreciated that he was a no non sense type of man when it came down to my case. He told me he could get me my license back but it wasn't going to be easy we had to prove to the License admistration that I was a changed man and was ready too be allowed back on the road again. Remember guys driving is not our right it is a privalage that some of us have loss due to bad decesions. I had my case seen by the drivers hearing board two weeks ago. Dan and I prepared and went over the case three times before we got to this date. Be in front of the board is a nervous experience but Dan was there to walk me through every step of the way. We received a verdict that day and was told that I would be granted my driving privalage back again. I was so excited beyond words but I knew why this moment was happening it was because of my lawyer Dan Bain that actually cared about my case and I was just not another number to him. Dan also has a friend by the name of Herb that owns the compnay Nationwide Interlock in Troy Mi, 2175 Stephenson Hwy, 48083. The reason I'm letting you guys know about Herb is because when you use Dan they wave your instualtion fee to have the igniton interlock installed in your car which will save you $250.00. I would 100% reccomend Bain&Bain too anyone that I come in contact with that was in my postion or a similar postion. Today is finally the day that I received my license and have my independence back again. No more rides from friends or Ubers thats a whole lot of money I will be saving in the future.

I hired Daniel Bain for a drivers license restoration hearing. Throughout the ordeal, he was extremely proffesional and down to earth. He is full of information regarding this area. I was step-by-step advised on what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. He always responded to my questions or concerns in a very prompt manner through email, text, or a phone call. He holds a lot of resources that helped me through the beginning of my licensce hearing, through it, and even when it was over. Mr. Bain is priced very reasonable, as I did price around. I am very pleased with his results of helping me get my drivers license back and very happy with the service that he provided me.

No doubt about his experience, since he was able to predict which next steps, results and resolutions,could be during the process, He avoided serving straight jail time to a family member, even though the law calls for it,for job retention. For attorneys like Dan. He saved my daughter from a felony conviction on her record. Very fair sentencing with his efforts. Knows his way around a court and it's proceedings. So grateful to this man and reasonably priced compared to many.

I was charged with an assault . I spoke with several other lawyers before I finally talked to Dan Bain. He was the first attorney I spoke with who did not give me some song and dance about how well connected he was . In my initial phone call to him , he spent a long time explaining my situation . I immediately felt comfortable talking with him . I met him at his office and he fully explained my situation to me and gave me reasonable expectations as to what he thought the outcome of my case would be . I hired him , and though he was not the least expensive Attorney i consulted , his rates were fair and he was by no means the highest priced guy . When we walked in court it was obvious that the Court staff , other attorneys and the prosecutor knew this guy and liked him . He told me what our case strategy would be . Remember , he gave me reasonable expectations as to what would happen . He far exceeded those expectations when my case was DISMISSED !

Mr. Bain defended me in a legal matter that had a few glitches and surprises along the way. 9 months into the case, we are back on track and probation is slated to be over on the original date, rather than 9 months later.

Dan has been my attorney for over 20 years, his knowledge and attention to detail, has assisted me and my family during need of legal advice, and services, in all instances I felt Dan did everything possible to defend my interests.
