Travis Groat represented me during my divorce. He and his assistant, Michelle, were great to work with. They are experienced, friendly, and prompt. During my divorce there was something else that came up where I needed legal advice and one of Travis’ associates, that specialized in that area of the law, stepped in to help me right away. I am the Father of two young girls and went through a rough divorce and a long drawn out custody battle. I have had several different attorney's represent me in the past only to settle out of court telling me I would never win. I finally found the Daniel j Harris law firm and hired Travis Groat. The best decision I have ever made, he fought and fought hard. Not only did he get me the win but more so than I ever thought possible! I can't say enough good about Travis, he did exactly what he said he was going to do and I felt he honestly cared about the well being of my girls. Finally they have safety, stability and security all thanks to Travis. Not only do I thank him but my entire family thanks him. I am confident this never would have happened without him.

Honesty, integrity, and ability best describes Dan Harris and his firm. After meeting with other firms, I knew immediately that Mr. Harris was the best attorney to handle my premises liability case. He is very knowledgeable about the law and constantly makes sure his client is protected and all liable parties are brought into the case. He and his staff are always warm and friendly as they leave no call or question unanswered. He is always open and honest about every aspect of your case's issues, from timelines to strengths and weaknesses; so you are able to make knowledgeable, informed decisions. One very important thing I learned through this process was that you can have a very smart attorney but if they can't string two sentences together in front of a judge or jury, they are useless to you. Fortunately, Mr. Harris excels in this department. I watched as he passionately and eloquently presented our case while opposing counsel stammered and stuttered her way through theirs...there was no question who the jury would be more responsive to. Daniel J. Harris is the total package and I would recommend him to anyone. The fact that he secured a very favorable settlement in my case just proves that honor, integrity and skill actually still mean something.
