We first retained other counsel and something just didn't seem right. After paying a substantial retainer to this other counsel, I just didn't feel like I made the right choice. I read some reviews here and called Josh. He immediately answered my call (much to my surprise) and we had a lengthy consultation the next day. I am so glad I made the decision to work with Josh instead. He was a beacon of hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nearly impossible. Let me start by saying I didn't think I would ever need a defense lawyer ....false accusations were made against me... however... Tom reassured me that this happens all the time... meeting with Tom we got to know each other through conversation and I knew at that point he would be my lawyer ....in that conversation we discussed family and friends but what got me the most is the way he spoke about his wife.... I was choked up for the first time in years listening to a man speak so eloquently and lovingly about her...I got a full sense of Tom in the way he felt about community and his family..
