I called multiple different attorneys before choosing Josh. My gut kept telling me to use him. Josh kept me calm as we worked through the legal process. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge and truly gets it done. He is personable and professional and my gut was right and Josh got the best outcome possible for my situation. Had driving on suspended with a judge that was very tough. Since I wasn't suspended over fines it was taken more seriously and prosecutor wouldn't drop down anything even if I hadn't done it before or been in trouble in over 8 years. The judge was tripping people up left and right. Thomas Bales stuck his neck out for me and vouched for me unlike attorneys I've had in the past that seemed to only show up, and then feed you to the wolves since they got paid eitherway. But not Thomas Bales.. he said very kind things and seemed to know what needed to be said so I wouldn't be roasted. He wouldn't give them an excuse to do their worst. Since I'm the sole provider for my wife, and 2 girls "1 year old and 6 year old", it was important I wouldn't be raked over the coals. He seemed to actually care what happened to me and wasn't going to let them run me over. In this county they are not lenient on anything. I ended up with a smaller than most fine and nothing more. Im super grateful for Mr Bales. Good guy and Great Attorney!

Tom Bales will always have your back. He is a lawyer who is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable in whatever legal situation you may find yourself in. He stays in communication with you and answers all your questions. He has a good rapport with the judges and it shows in the courtroom.
