I couldn't be more satisfied with my decision to use VA Disability Group and Spencer Jolicoeur to help filing my VA rating appeal. From my very first contact with Spencer and his team, they took control of the process and walked me through their plan to get me the compensation I deserved. Due to the VA's workload, it took over a year to get a decision, but Spencer was great with communication and was always on top of the complicated rules and processes involved. I don't think I would have been successful without his help. I used a veterans service organization before going to VA Disability Group, and I'm thankful for their generous support, but I got a completely different level of support from a paid lawyer who specializes in VA claims. I definitely recommend that veterans who are in a similar situation consult with VA Disability Group to see if they can help with their claim too.

After my evidence for a secondary claim wasn't looked at by the VA Raters and I was denied I became very disheartened. I contacted the VA Disability group in Kzoo about how I felt and presented my information. After we reviewed and discussing my issues they offered to take me as a client. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. And everyone I came in contact with was extremely helpful. They were able to break down everything for me and answer all of my questions and were always keeping me updated. A few years back after I retired from the service, I had a horrible outcome from a VA Rep that I met at the VA in Battle Creek. On a friend's recommendation, I reached out to VA Disability Group. Casey Walker thoroughly explained expectations, the VA isn't fast at anything. He was able to step my rating up over several years. I would have recommended Casey Walker to several Vets I know and have met over the past 7 years. Undoubtedly, they will receive great guidance and care from the VA Disability Group!

Let me start by saying I wish there were more than five stars if so Casey walker and the va disability group would get them all, I can’t be fine to tell you how much Casey and the firm helped navigate the zigzag road inside the VA. After reviewing their website and watching the warm, compassionate, compelling videos towards veterans, I filled out the online case review. A computer bot replied and sent me a form with more in depth information to provide. I filled out such form and received the next day a letter stating that I had a good case but that they can only take a certain amount of cases per year. Is that is the case, they should put that on their website and let people know. Or either they used that as an excuse for not taking my case. In regards to your response, you did NOT get pertinent information nor even attempted to talk to me to get the whole picture. I contacted another VA attorney, and after completing the form online similar to yours, their office contacted me via phone, a really nice, sweet person at the other end, asked me more in depth information and told me she would rely the info to the attorney, which HE contact me the next day by email and informed that he would be taking the case

VA Disability Group was excellent! The staff and case attorney listened and in the end got results. I had fought with the VA for over 10 years and it was over pretty quickly with them. Thanks to Brett and staff!

My husband worked with Spencer Jolicoeur for more than three years to obtain compensation for 6 cancers and more due to toxic poisons he came into contact with while stationed at Ft. Riley, KS. He previously worked with a VSO in our county and received a 0% rating. Due to the hard work of Spencer, Kelsey and Megan, he is now rated at 100%. Called this office after months of getting kicked around by the DAV. Detailed all of my traumas and disabilities for them so that they could gather info for my claim. They even expressed to me how apologetic they were that the DAV was unable to help me and that they were here to help. They said I should get a call back from them that same week. Then they ignored me for three weeks and, after my leaving two exasperated voicemails, sent me an e-mail explaining that they don’t have time for my case. Then referred me to an office that doesn’t even file claims. If you don’t have time for somebody, at least don’t put them through the emotional toll of detailing their military service trauma to you.
