I thought Derek would do a decent job for me. What I did not expect when he told me that he was going to file for unemployability no charge out of the goodness of his own heart, and everything that he was actually lying and would charge me for that. a lot of time harping on it even went so far as to say he doubt it was possible but we would try and when the VA actually approved that apparently he changed his mind because I got $2300 bill in my email. Even email back-and-forth with him several times trying to sort it out but he ignored the problem each time and every time I brought it up. This is not the kind of man you can trust I’m really disappointed. On top of that, he left a considerable amount of appeal money on the table. $5 says another lie is coming. Stay tuned. lol

I called them a few weeks ago asking them for their assistance. The rep I spoke with, Kelsey, was very attentive and we spoke for quite a while as I was telling her about my case. She seemed eager to help. I'm currently rated at 90%. We ended our discussion on a positive note, with her telling me that before I become an official client, I would have to provide them with a "Letter of Withdrawal" from a previous law firm that handled my case. So then I went to that firm and they sent me an e-mail that pretty much described what VA Disability Group was requesting. I forwarded the e-mail to the Group. Well, I received a message from Megan who was EXTREMELY unhelpful. She just simply stated that the message was not good enough. I asked what exactly did it have to contain or if she would like to call/message that previous firm. She wouldn't tell me anything but kept on repeated her basic response to my appeal. I also tried calling them again and left a message which they did not return. Do NOT go with VA Disability Group. Judging by how they treated me, I can confidently say that they will either waste your time or do a mediocre job for you.

I was really looking forward to having someone represent my wife and I with the VA family caregiver application denials that go back 11 years. We currently have three of those denials in the system with the VA and Four more pending process. I researched your law firm and it states you do Family caregiver denial! You can imagine mthe look on my face when I was even denied through your law firm and asked me to get back with them when I get denied!

I was told by a few Veteran Service Organizations that 30% is the max I could claim....I was very sad an I called The VA Disability Group. I only want what I Honorably earned. I was blessed to have Attorney Casey Walker Represent me. He is a Veteran an knows all the Laws an his Staff are beyond helpful an the best at what they do.... insuring honest an fair treatment of Veterans by the VBA I could not ask for anything more. They changed my life an insured I was treated with respect an insured I was properly compensated for my Service. Casey and his team have been such an incredible help and benefit to us. I particularly want to thank Shawna so much! Couldn’t say enough nice things. She brought me so much peace. She answered every email every call explained everything. Her patients to explain even questions I may have asked over and over. Casey and his team fought for us like as if we were their own family. They took everything very seriously, and the professionalism was exempt. They showed kindness and empathy. I believe attorney Walker could’ve chose to do anything but he did this. I believe with him being in the military he has a heart for veterans and their families. Casey and the team were incredible. I was at my wits end when I reached out to them. I had tried VA resources and even DAV who turned me away at that point. However, after a long time, at no fault of VA Disability Group, I was able to finally get the rating that I should have gotten from the very beginning.
