The VA Disability Group, the entire Team with special thanks to Attorney Spencer Jolicoeur, were amazing. I am so grateful of being referred to their firm. Spencer took the time to explain how the process worked and immediately felt at ease. He and his Team achieved what I thought was impossible. I underestimated the power of partnering with an experienced legal firm in tackling a complicated challenge like proving service connected issues against the VA. The VA Disability Group did it! Do not use these guys! Derek was my attorney. First after signing contract, where they get 20%, of any monies awarded. Derek sends me a form, that he claims, wss to inform me , they were going to share any of their pay, with the attorneys, that took on the first part of my appeals pro bono. I refused to sign it, because that is not what the form clearly stated, It sounded more like they were going to take any and all monies rewarded! I i formed, I don't care whst they do with their part. I rarely had any communication with derek, When he did communicate with me. His office received correspondence 2 weeks, before I did. And I had no idea what he was talking about. June 2022, out of no where, I received an e-mail from derek, regarding a PTSD claim , (that had already been settled), stating a decision was coming up,( his date was 7-21-2021). And he advised me not to appeal it just let it go. I informed ," I had no idea what he was talking about, I never sent anything, and for him not to send anything".I informed him I called the rrgional office, there is no PTSD claim. The next day he emailed me again. I told him don't do anything, he was just hoing to screw up my whole claim

Derek represented me and was absolutely amazing. He was timely and attentive and could not have been better. If you need a professional attorney for your VA claims, look no further. He's the best. Period.

Amazing team! I'm a army combat vet that has been fighting with the VA for years. Derrick was honest and upfront from the beginning. Casey Walker, my lawyer for V.A.. compensation, was an excellent choice. He came to see me on his time, worked tirelessly, an in many ways above what was required of him, to ensure I got the best percentage I could. There were times when we didn't talk for months, however, I seen the receipts of all the paperwork that he had been sending in on my behalf, and was simply amazed at the level of effort he put in for me. I tried to do it on my own and got denied. I tried using the DAV and it was another dead end. When I found this group on line and contacted them they took over and led me thru the process. Everytime the VA would deny the claim or just agree to part of it this group would refile and push back. In the end they were able to triple what I was getting and more importanly got my 100% umemployable rating which I wasn't even aware there was such a thing. I heartily recommend them....they earned every penny. And they don't get paid until you do.

I filled out a free consultation form online. I received an email from Jessica, requesting a copy of my VA decision letter and to answer a questionnaire. I submitted all my personal documentation as requested and answered the questionnaire which by the way asks a lot of personal information. Someone name Kelsey confirmed receipt of email with documentation. Days later I receive an email stating they were unable to help me however they have forwarded ALL my documentation to a relevant attorney. I never authorized for my information to be submitted to anyone. When I requested the information of this other "relevant attorney" so I can follow up, I never heard back from Jessica nor Kelsey. I have called, left messages to this firms robotic automated system and emailed them and have not received a response. I have no other choice but to leave this review in hopes no one gets scammed. There seems a lot of that going on especially with disabled veterans.
