Problem: I was in an auto accident and received a ticket for improper left turn causing the accident. I was referred by an attorney, who is a personal friend, and who's judgement
I trust, to Reese Serra as someone he would trust. I was surprised and pleased be Mr. Serra's quick and pleasant handeling of my problem. The Court reduced the charge to "double parking", and dismissed any 'points' from going on my driving record, thus eliminating something that could have created future problems.
