Seth is an excellent lawyer. He helped me with all the set-up documents for two different businesses, gave me sound legal advice on a situation with a client, and helped me set up my trademark. He also did so, knowing my financial limitations, and did it in a way that would help both of us. He is friendly, down-to-earth, and works in a timely manner.
