John Buckart was great to work with - he is professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I had inquired with him for a trademark application. He did some initial research for me only to discover that my trademark probably would be rejected by the USPTO. While I was sad about this news, I appreciated that he provided me with this info before I spend a lot of money on the search and application process.
