I met John just over two years ago through an organization where we are both members and through this meeting I learned of John's specialization in Patent and Trademark law. Working with John Buckert was a great experience for me. I applied for patents previously with another attorney who I had to constantly contact get information. The process took far too long; he was always too busy and let the time deadlines lapse. It was not a good experience and left me unsure of how to find a good patent attorney. My business attorney referred me to a patent attorney. He liked to do patents in a different field and referred me to another attorney. I called that attorney three times before she returned my calls, she did not seem that interested, and that left me just not feeling right about working with her.
