John Buckert is one of the best patent attorneys I have ever worked with especially when you need to protect technical and proprietary knowledge based inventions. John knows the patent officials and their procedures. He has an excellent reputation for writing very direct, well thought out credible patent submissions. He has worked on countless patents and has an excellent sense for how to construct and defend the patent claims. I had what I thought was a great idea, took it to a local law school's patent program, & was told it could not be patented. I shelved it a while then did lots of research before choosing to work with John. He got it done! We encountered some USPTO policy changes and a novice reviewer who rejected the application several times which had me very concerned, but John fought it out. Now I'm on to development phase & still work with John on continuation. I'm very happy I chose to work with John and recommend him highly. I'll work with him on my next patent for sure.
