I went to Daniel Findling divorce lawyer office today (11/11/2022) for consultation regarding the prenuptial agreement. He has not just explained to me how the prenuptial legally binding and protect each party’s best interests, simplify divorce if it occurs. He has also explained to me regarding postnuptial or even your fiancée does not like to have a prenuptial agreement and how you can protect your savings. He is not just talking about these by the law. The best position was that he gave me a lot of examples to let you understand more easily. Based on his twenty year plus in the divorce law practice, I truly believe he is professional and experienced lawyer. I am strongly recommender to any one how is ready to get to marry or in the marriage who want to protect your best interests. One more thing is alimony issue and he knows how to help you to handle it because he knows the law from his many years practice. Thrums up.

Good afternoon, It is my esteemed pleasure to post this review about the Daniel Findling Law Firm, PLC. My experience with the Daniel Findling Law Firm in Royal Oak, Mi, was nothing shy of excellent. My first appointment with Daniel Findling, regarding my divorce, I was given a short educational course on divorce prior to my accepting him as my attorney. That to me, was phenomenal. I was introduced to Braden Finch, who worked with Daniel on my case. He was remarkable. He was always pleasant, soft spoken and kept me abreast of every detail, once it was shared and approved by Daniel. Daniel has an amazing staff. Everyone was very professional. When I entered the quaint and cute office, I was greeted by Kim, the receptionist. Each time, I visited the office she always exhibited the most pleasing and pleasant personality. Then there was Mary Ann, the legal assistant. When I had questions about my statement, she pleasantly took care of it. I also had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with Darren Findling. I must say, I would recommend the Daniel Findling Law Firm to anyone who is need of such service. This team treated me like I was family. They worked for my best interest. I cannot recommend Daniel enough. He was very direct and clear in his explanations of what I could expect and the approach he would take to make sure I get my fair support payments. He's been very professional, organized and to the point, always making me feel assured that he was well prepared, experienced and competent to help me. This has lifted an immeasurable amount of stress and anxiety that has been priceless!!! He was very assertive, persistent and thorough in mediation, fighting hard for my best interests, and didn't give way to a particularly aggressive and obnoxious opposing council. I've had very negative experiences with other lawyers artificially running up bills or not being prepared or knowledgable, and was terrified of the financial and emotional burdens of working with any more lawyers. Daniel has given me a renewed sense of confidence and trust knowing I finally have someone in my corner moving forward.

So knowledgeable and willing to help the community get their questions answered. They are the best!
